There are so many benefits to working with a PT and personal trainer who will collaborate together to help you reach your goals.
How It Works!
Your physical therapist will perform functional testing to identify your weaknesses, loss of function, and strength areas. Then with the personal trainer, design a program that best fits you.
From there your PT will focus on your decreasing any pain you may have, and improving your flexibility and stability, using manual therapy, dry needling, massage, joint mobilization, stability training, etc. Then you will work with your personal trainer to improve your power, strength, and agility, helping your movements be more explosive.
- Your PT and personal trainer will meet regularly to discuss your progress and what best fits your needs.
